PRM9 Terminator

  • PRM9 stands for pheromone-regulated membrane protein 9, and is a high-capacity yeast terminator. In its natural state, it is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum and plasma membrane, with its biological role unknown (SGD Project). The Pheromone-Regulated Membrane Protein has motifs involved in COPII binding and three transmembrane segments. Has a paralog PRM8.
